Hello Everyone, with the official beta release of our survival server tomorrow I wanted to go over a few things. We have a ticket system in place in-game and out of game. While it isn't perfect, it will allow everyone to submit bug reports via tickets. When submitting tickets please provide as much information as you can. This will help us identify any issues and get them fixed ASAP.
As mentioned above there are two ways to submit a ticket: in game and out of game

allows for quick and easy creation of tickets

basic view of all created tickets in game and out of game

Out of game

allows for uploading of images and videos

detailed view of all created tickets in game and out of game
Both methods are interchangeable and can be used simultaneously. That means you can create a ticket in the game and go to the ticket site and provide more information.
